Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident states of business. Therefore, all orders shipping within California will be charged the applicable sales tax according to your area's tax rate

OEM vs. Retail
The retail and OEM versions usually will have the same exact product, however the retail version usually will come with bundled software, retail packaging, and more bells and whistles so to speak. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), White Box, Brown Box versions will come with the actual product and usually the drivers, no special packaging or software. Occasionally the retail version will accompany a longer warranty.
Suggestion: Check out the manufacturer's website, to see what all is included.

"Bare Drive" or "Bare Card"
These items come exactly as they are described. You will only receive the bare drive or the bare card. These items are brand new. However they are purchased in bulk, and will not accompany any documentation, software, or accessories.
Suggestion: Most drivers and documentation can be downloaded from the manufacturer's web site.

Money Back Guarantee- Refund period
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. CPUs must be returned within 7 days from the invoice date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Additional deductions may be made for CPUs returns to reflect the current market value. These terms apply to all refunds. All products are shipped with a repair/replacement warranty period. Customers must inform egoodz.com of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

1. egoodz.com SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - egoodz.com offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases, except:

  • 7-day replacement or refund guarantee on all CPUs, including refurbished processors. All other refurbished merchandise has a 15 day warranty period.
  • Note: For CPU, base cost will reflect current market price, and 15% restocking fee will apply after this adjustment. Therefore, total refund is subtracting.

Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physically damaged. egoodz.com cannot honor warranty for CPU's that have bent pins, cracked or chipped cores, burnt or otherwise sustained any other type of physical damage. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refund after 30 days.

Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. egoodz.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. 

Rush Processing
egoodz.com will rush process your order for an additional fee provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Order is submitted before 12 noon PST.
  • Your transaction and credit card authorization is successfully completed before 12:30PM PST.
  • Your shipping address matches your credit card billing address (i.e. No alternate ship to address.)

    Rush Processing does NOT apply to Pre-Paid Check orders.

Order Status
egoodz.com will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check online status page for live updates.

Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the internet, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.

All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mail you will receive from egoodz.com Parts are updates to any recent orders.

Safe Shopping Guarantee
Fair Credit Billing Act:
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Change Orders
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been charged. Please call during business hour to change your order. Please always have your order number ready. Please never request change order via Email as we may not receive it in time.

Cancel Order
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during our business hour to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approx. 1-2 business days. Please never request cancel order via Email as we may not receive it in time.

Resellers
Unfortunately, we do not currently have a reseller or discount program available at this time. egoodz.com currently already negotiates the best possible price for you, and offers these great discounts to all of our customers through our web site. Anytime we receive any specials or promotions, we will immediately post them on our web site for you to take advantage.
Tax: All customers outside of California will not be charged any tax. Therefore, there is no need to fax or set up any reseller tax exemption form.
For California: please place your first order as normal, and fax over your reseller permit and this form with your S.O number. We will remove all tax from your order.

Volume Discounts
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer volume or wholesale discounts. egoodz.com currently already negotiates the best possible price for you, and offers these great discounts to all of our customers through our web site. Anytime we receive any specials or promotions, we will immediately post them on our web site for you to take advantage.

egoodz.com Purchase Agreement
By accepting delivery of any product delivered from egoodz.com ("egoodz.com"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and egoodz.com agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and egoodz.com. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from egoodz.com.

1. egoodz.com SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - egoodz.com offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases, except:

  • 7-day replacement or refund guarantee on all CPUs, including refurbished processors. All other refurbished merchandise has a 15 day warranty period.
  • Note: For CPU, base cost will reflect current market price, and 15% restocking fee will apply after this adjustment. Therefore, total refund is subtracting.

However, to take advantage of egoodz.com's return guarantee policy, Customer agrees to comply with egoodz.com's Product Return Procedure as below. Any breach of egoodz.com's Return Policy Procedure will result in the loss of egoodz.com's replacement/return guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

Product Return Procedure:

  • To return a product based upon egoodz.com's replacement/return guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above): All RMA must be filed to service@egoodz.com. egoodz.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by egoodz.com. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

  • Customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred to send an item back to egoodz.com. egoodz.com will ship the replacement component at no charge. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards and/or other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any part and/or accessory of the returned product is missing, egoodz.com's Return Procedure will be breached and egoodz.com may reject the entire return or consequently impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).

  • egoodz.com will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, egoodz.com will assess a 15% restocking fee against the Customer's account on all returns for refund.

Return Policy

 

Products sold by egoodz.com are covered by our 30-day return period, unless otherwise noted. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 30-day return period are specified on the products' individual pages as well as in the special exceptions section below. Please note that egoodz.com does not offer any technical support. Please direct technical questions to the manufacturer.

In any case, refunds CANNOT be accepted when the UPC code, serial number and/or any bar code is missing for ANY reason.

All returns covered under our 30-day return period are subject to the following:

    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by egoodz.com must accompany all returns.
    • RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30 days from the date the product was shipped. After 30 days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider.
    • All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
    • All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
    • Egoodz.com will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. Overclocking or improper installation of CPU fans will cause CPUs to chip or burn. All chipped and burnt CPUs are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
    • Egoodz.com will not honor requests for exchanges under any circumstances.
    • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
    • All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
    • 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
      • Per State of California regulations, any taxes refunded in this case will be calculated based on the final refund amount minus the 15% restocking fee, not the original purchase price. Please refer to http://www.boe.ca.gov/pdf/reg1655.pdffor further information.
    • Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.
    • After 30 days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider. Please see the products' individual pages for additional details on warranty coverage.
    • Claim for missing accessories or product not as advertised must be reported within 15 days from the date item is shipped.

SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS

    • Arrangement for a return must be made within 15 days from the date the item is shipped.
    • 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds.

    • Products that are defective, and/or DOA (Damaged On Arrival), can be returned for repair / replacement.
    • All returns must also follow the return procedures mentioned above.

Processors (CPUs) Return Policy

This is our Detailed Processor (CPU) Return Policy. Physically damaged CPUs cannot be returned to Egoodz.com.

Improper installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent/broken pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.

Egoodz.com encounters bent pins regularly when inspecting physically damaged CPUs. Forcing a processor into position will not solve an installation problem and may void your Egoodz.com.com return policy. Buyers requesting a refund may have to pay a 15% restocking fee. Egoodz.com will not cross-ship replacement CPUs.

 Desktop PC, Notebook, and Tablet PC Return Policy

*       Return for refund within: non-refundable

*       Return for replacement within: 30 days (defective items only)

This is our Detailed Desktop PC, Notebook and Tablet PC Return Policy. Under this policy all Desktop PCs/Notebooks/Tablet PCs are non-refundable, and this supersedes all other return policies. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. Any Desktop PCs/Notebook/Tablet PC that is deemed defective may be returned for a replacement within 30 days only, but a request for refund will not be granted. If a Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC is returned for a replacement, but no problems are found, the Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC will be returned at your (the buyer's) expense. You should be certain in your decision to purchase a Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC and must agree to this policy before completing your order. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.

A defective Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at Egoodz.com's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. We strive to uphold our standard RMA processing time for these types of items; however, in some situations the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repairs. Unfortunately Egoodz.com cannot expedite the RMA repair process in these situations, as we must abide by the manufacturer's established processing time. If you have a question regarding a Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC RMA, please contact our Customer Service Department.

 



2. WARRANTIES

egoodz.com is a distributor only. Products sold by egoodz.com are not manufactured by egoodz.com. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). egoodz.com assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. egoodz.com MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. egoodz.com DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

3. YEAR 2000 POLICY
Customer's only recourse for any "Year 2000" issue is as against the applicable manufacturer under its manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer to determine warranty coverage for "Year 2000" compliance problems. egoodz.com DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO "YEAR 2000" COMPLIANCE OF ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARICULAR PURPOSE. THE RETURN POLICY OUTLINED ABOVE DOES NOT APPLY TO "YEAR 2000" COMPLIANCE PROBLEMS.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES egoodz.com'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. Egoodz.com SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. egoodz.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT egoodz.com IS APPRISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
5. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment Terms; Orders: An order is not binding upon egoodz.com until it is accepted; egoodz.com must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with Egoodz.com. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

Shipping Charges: Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the Egoodz.com invoice.

Title; Risk of Loss: Egoodz.com will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) -- excepting software-- and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. Egoodz.com reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow Egoodz.com to sign appropriate documents on Customer's behalf to permit Egoodz.com to protect its purchase money security interest. Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker. Customer agrees to be bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the package is broken. Egoodz.com will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but Egoodz.com will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Egoodz.com and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. egoodz.com and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of California, Los Angeles County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agree not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against egoodz.com that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.

Severability:If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable California law.

Waiver: The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with the egoodz.com's invoice respecting the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between egoodz.com and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between egoodz.com and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
